The YZG/FZG Series Automatic Cylindrical Vacuum Drying Equipment is designed for efficient food processing with capacities ranging from 250kg to 3200kg. This stainless steel 4-layer drying machine operates under vacuum conditions to achieve optimal drying performance at lower temperatures.

Drying Principle

Vacuum drying places raw materials under vacuum conditions for heating and drying. By removing air and humidity through vacuum pumping, drying speed is significantly accelerated. Under vacuum conditions, water boils at temperatures as low as 70°C (at -0.07MPa), enabling efficient drying even at lower operating temperatures.
