Ideal for materials that are not resistant to high temperatures, easily oxidized at high temperatures, or prone to powder generation during drying. Suitable for processes requiring steam or solvent recovery, including drying, cooling, crystallizing, calcimining, melting, evaporating, and sterilizing operations.

The dryer operates with heated hollow blades that rotate within the chamber. Materials are fed into the machine and move toward the outlet via gravity. The rotating rake teeth continuously update the material surface in contact with the heated shell wall. Under vacuum conditions, moisture is efficiently vaporized and removed by vacuum pumps, achieving thorough drying.
