The XSG Rotary Flash Dryer is a high-efficiency industrial drying system designed for processing various materials including paste, cake shape, powder, and granular substances. Working Principle
Hot air enters the drying chamber from the bottom, where materials are stirred by the rotating device. This creates strong shearing, blowing, floating, and rotating effects that crush materials through centrifugal, shearing, impacting, and friction forces. The enhanced heat exchange process ensures efficient drying, with low-moisture particles being lifted by the rotary air stream for further processing.
