Continuous penetrating flow mesh belt drying equipment designed for drying pieces, strips, and granular materials with excellent ventilation properties. Ideal for high-moisture content materials requiring moderate drying temperatures.
Materials are uniformly distributed on the stainless steel mesh belt (12-60 mesh) and transported through the dryer by a transmission system. The dryer consists of multiple sections with independent hot air circulation systems. Hot air passes through the material layer from top to bottom or bottom to top, completing efficient heat and mass transfer to remove moisture.
