The CD Series Vibro Fluidized Bed Dryer is a high-efficiency continuous drying system designed for non-sticky granular materials, featuring a glass fiber construction ideal for desiccated coconut and similar food products.
Working Principle
Cold air is filtered and heated to specified temperatures before being distributed through multiple inlets into the lower bed. Material enters evenly via feeding conveyor and moves horizontally under vibration force while undergoing heat exchange with upward-flowing hot air. Moisture evaporates rapidly, with wet air exhausted and dried material discharged.
