Product Overview
This industrial vibrating fluid bed dryer is designed specifically for calcium citrate processing with a capacity range of 20-420kg/h. The system efficiently removes moisture through advanced fluidized bed technology while maintaining product integrity.
Working Principle
The fluid bed dryer system comprises feeding device, trough, cover, vibrating motor, damping device, cyclone, blower, air filter, heat exchange, bag filter, piping, and burner components. Raw material enters the machine and moves forward continuously along the horizontal direction under the force of the vibrating motor. Hot air passes through the fluidized-bed to exchange heat with raw materials, while moist air is filtered by the cyclone separator and exhausted from the air outlet. Dried material is discharged through the outlet.
