The ZLG 3×0.3 Liner Vibro Fluidized Bed Dryer is a high-efficiency industrial drying system designed for pharmaceutical and chemical applications. With a fluidized-bed area of 0.9m² and moisture removal capacity of 20-35kg/h, this equipment ensures uniform drying while consuming 30-50% less energy than conventional dryers.
Working Principle
Raw material enters through the input port while vibration motors on both sides of the fluid bed create controlled vibrations, moving material horizontally. Heated air passes through the fluid bed, exchanging heat with material and removing moisture through the cyclone dust separator. Dried material is discharged via the output port.
