The GFG series batch type fluid bed dryer is engineered to GMP standards, delivering superior drying capacity and maintaining sanitary operating conditions. Working Principle
Clean hot air, after heating and filtration, enters through the air distributor at the dryer's base and flows upward through a perforated drying bowl containing wet materials. The combination of strong airflow and rotating agitator creates perfect fluidization, enabling rapid moisture evaporation through thorough heat transfer between hot air and materials. A bag filter at the top efficiently separates fine particles from exhausted damp air.
