This GMP-compliant fluidized bed dryer is engineered for pharmaceutical industries to efficiently reduce moisture content in powders and granules. The equipment ensures uniform drying through advanced fluidization technology.
Working Process
During operation, hot air is introduced through an air filtration system at high pressure. Wet solids are suspended in the air stream (fluidized state), enabling direct heat transfer between materials and purified hot air. The vaporized moisture is quickly carried away, leaving dried granules or powder in the tank.
