This industrial fluid bed spray granulator combines granulation and coating functions in a single GMP-compliant system, designed specifically for Chinese medicine production with batch capacities ranging from 30-120kg.
Boiling Granulation: Material powder particles fluidize in the container, preheated and mixed by purified heated air. Binder solution is atomized and sprayed to aggregate particles, with continuous drying forming uniform microporous spherical granules.
Bottom Spray Coating: Combines spray technology with fluidized coating, creating a regular "annular" material trajectory for uniform and continuous film coating.
