PGL Series Spray Drying Granulator Overview
The PGL-B spray drying granulator is a high-efficiency industrial system that simultaneously completes drying and granulation processes. This advanced equipment produces uniform spherical particles by precisely controlling feed liquid pressure, flow rate, and nozzle hole size according to specific process requirements.
Working Process: Material liquid is pressurized through a diaphragm pump, atomized into fine mist droplets, and flows parallel with hot air. Most powder particles are collected at the tower bottom discharge port, while exhaust gases and fine powders pass through a cyclone separator system with 96-98% recovery efficiency.
Construction: All material-contact surfaces including tower body, pipes, and separators are constructed from SUS304 stainless steel. The tower features thermal insulation with ultra-fine glass wool, observation doors, sight glasses, lighting, and comprehensive control instrumentation.
