Product Description
The XL series revolving granulator is engineered for efficient granule production with capacities ranging from 100-600 kg/h. This industrial machine transforms damp materials into uniform column-shaped granules using a rotating grinding blade system and customizable stainless steel sieve cylinders.
Working Principle
The motor drives a gear case that controls speed and direction, enabling the grinding blade and materials pusher to rotate in opposite directions. The materials pusher pins materials against an inclined plane while the grinding blade forces material through the screen barrel, forming consistent granules.
