GMP Pharmaceutical Oscillating Granulator Machine
The YK series pharmaceutical oscillating granulator is designed for processing herbal granules and pharmaceutical powders. This machine transforms wet powder or dry block materials into uniform granules using an oscillating roller mechanism.
Working Principle
Material is fed through the top hopper where the oscillating roller crushes dry lumps into small grains or powder that pass through sieve holes. For wet materials, the roller extrudes the material through sieve holes to create uniform granules.
