WFJ KRS 4-15kW Industrial Grinding Machine for Herbal Powder with 80-600 Mesh Fineness and 10-1200kg Capacity
The WFJ KRS industrial grinding machine is engineered for precision milling of herbal materials including moringa leaf powder. This advanced system combines efficient grinding with precise classification for consistent particle size distribution.
Material enters the mill chamber via screw conveyor where high-speed rotating blades provide efficient shearing and milling action. The processed powder passes through a guide ring into the classifier chamber, where centrifugal and air forces separate particles by size. Oversized particles return to the mill chamber for regrinding, while properly sized particles proceed to the cyclone separator and dust-collecting box.
