The WFJ Super Fine Powder Grinding Machine is an advanced industrial pulverizer designed for processing various materials including chili pepper, sugar, cinnamon, cocoa beans, and egg shells. This high-efficiency grinder delivers precise particle size control with production capacities ranging from 10kg to 1200kg per hour.
Material enters the grinding chamber via screw feeder and undergoes shearing and breaking by fast-rotating knives. The processed material passes through a guide ring into the classification chamber where both air force and centrifugal force act on the powder particles.
Larger particles exceeding the critical diameter are returned to the grinding chamber for further processing, while finer particles meeting specifications enter the cyclone separator and bag filter through negative pressure wind conveyance.
