ZS Cassava Powder Three-Dimensional Rotary Vibrating Sieve Screen Machine
This GMP standard vibrating sieve machine is a high-precision powder screening equipment designed for industrial applications. It features low noise operation, high efficiency, and quick screen changes within 3-5 minutes. The fully enclosed structure makes it suitable for screening grain, flour, mucus, and various other materials.
The rotary vibrating screen utilizes an upright motor as the vibration source, with eccentric weights installed at both ends. This configuration converts the motor's rotary motion into horizontal, vertical, and inclined three-dimensional movements, which are then transmitted to the screen surface. The trajectory of the sieve surface can be adjusted by modifying the phase angle at the upper and lower ends.
