Product Overview
The RLY series oil-fired hot air furnace is a high-efficiency industrial heating system that integrates combustion and heat exchange functions. With heating efficiency reaching 65-75%, this equipment delivers clean hot air output temperatures up to 300°C, with specialized models capable of 500-800°C operation.
Working Principle
Fuel combustion in the firebox produces high-temperature smoke gas, which transfers heat to drying air through the furnace's advanced heat exchange system. After heat dissipation, exhaust gas temperature drops to 250°C before being expelled. The system automatically regulates temperature by cycling between full operation and standby modes based on preset parameters.
