Spray drying transforms liquid or slurry materials into dry powder through rapid drying with hot gas. Liquid material is pumped to a centrifugal disc atomizer rotating at 25000 rpm, creating fine droplets that contact evenly distributed hot air. Complete heat transfer occurs within seconds, producing dry powder collected via cyclone separation.
