Working Principle
Roller Scraper Drying Process
The drying process involves spreading liquid or muddy material as a thin film (0.1-1.5mm) on the heated drum surface. During each rotation cycle, the material is dried and then scraped off by a specialized scraper. The exposed drum surface immediately contacts fresh material to form a new film for continuous drying.
The system operates at 4-6 rpm and includes a material compression shaft for even distribution across the drum surface. Optional cold air blowing facilitates material discharge from the scraper.
