Working Principle
The drum scraper dryer operates by spreading liquid or pasty material in a thin film (0.1-1.5mm) on the heated drum surface. During each rotation cycle, the material dries completely and is then scraped off by specialized blades. The exposed drum surface immediately contacts fresh material to continue the continuous drying process.
