The excavator hydraulic pump is the "power heart" of the hydraulic system. Its core principle is to convert the mechanical energy output by the engine into the pressure energy of hydraulic oil. Inside, through the rotation/reciprocating movement of the rotor and vanes (or pistons), a volume change is formed in the closed cavity: when the volume of the oil suction chamber increases, hydraulic oil is sucked in; when the volume of the oil pressure chamber decreases, the hydraulic oil is pressed out to form a high-pressure oil flow. In terms of function, it provides hydraulic oil with stable pressure and flow for all hydraulic actuators of the excavator (boom cylinder, arm cylinder, bucket cylinder, swing motor, travel motor), directly determining the excavator's digging force, action speed and operation smoothness, and is a core component ensuring the efficient operation of the entire machine.
