This advanced 300LPH (liters per hour) water treatment machine combines Reverse Osmosis (RO) and Electrodeionization (EDI) technologies to deliver ultra-pure water specifically designed for hemodialysis applications.
Reverse Osmosis System Overview
The reverse osmosis system utilizes membrane separation technology where pressure drives water through semi-permeable membranes. When system pressure exceeds the osmotic pressure of the aqueous solution, water molecules permeate through the membrane into the central tube, while impurities including ions, organic matter, bacteria, and viruses are trapped and discharged through the concentrate outlet.
Water Treatment Process Flow
Raw Water Pump: Provides initial pressure to quartz sand and activated carbon filters
Multi-Medium Filter: Removes turbidity, suspended matter, organic compounds, and colloids
Activated Carbon Filter: Eliminates color, free chlorine, organic matter, and harmful substances
Softener: Exchanges calcium and magnesium ions using ion exchange technology
Micron Filter: Prevents large particles, bacteria, and viruses from reaching RO membrane (5μm accuracy)
