This industrial-grade double pass reverse osmosis system produces high-purity water for demanding applications including beverage production, cosmetics manufacturing, pharmaceutical processing, and laboratory analysis. The comprehensive filtration process ensures exceptional water quality with removal rates exceeding 99% for ions, bacteria, and particles.
System Components & Filtration Process
Raw Water Pump: Provides initial pressure for sand and carbon filtration stages
Sand Filter: Removes turbidity, suspended solids, organic matter, and colloids
Carbon Filter: Eliminates color, free chlorine, organic compounds, and harmful substances
Water Softener: Removes calcium and magnesium ions to prevent scale formation
Micron Filter (5μm): Blocks large particles, bacteria, viruses, iron particles, dust, and suspended impurities
High Pressure Pump #1 (≥2.0 MPa): Provides necessary pressure for primary RO membrane operation
