Feeding Unit
Latest lead-edge feeding table with 3-4 shafts transmission for stable and durable operation. Features efficient dust removal system with 3-4 upper suction blowers and two brush groups. Optional servo control non-crush feeding system.
Printing Unit
Vacuum transfer device with ceramic-coated transition wheels for enhanced anti-wear capability and extended service life. Includes rubber roller with ceramic roller for inking and ink transfer, register servo control, and optional excellent doctor blade inking system.
Slotting Unit
8-shaft structure with double creasing slotting unit. Available with single shaft dual slotting knives or dual slotting shaft configuration. Features servo control for precise register.
Die-Cutting Unit
Heavy-duty structure with independent motor for anvil cylinder speed compensation (±3.5mm range).
Folding Gluing Unit
Side folding belts and side guiding wheels with servo control for increased folding accuracy, reduced fishtails, and minimized gaps.
Counting Ejecting Unit
All counter ejector actions utilize servo control to ensure precision running, accurate counting, and reliable ejecting.
