This fully automated 5-layer corrugated cardboard production line operates at speeds up to 300m/min with a 5.5KW power system, delivering high-efficiency manufacturing for double wall corrugated board applications.
The complete corrugating board production line includes: mill roll stand, pre-heater, splicer, single facer, over bridge, multi-pre-heater, glue machine, double baker, slitter scorer, cutoff, stacker, and auxiliary equipment.
Production workflow: Raw paper rolls are fed through the roll stand, heated and moisture-adjusted by pre-heaters, corrugated by the single facer, glued with additional paper layers, and processed through the double backer to create continuous corrugated board. The material is then slit, scored, cut to size, and stacked for final output.
Heating Method: Steam heating system for optimal temperature control.

- Lift arm lock holes equipped with bearing steel sleeves for extended service life and easy replacement
- Independent left and right-side hydraulic poles ensure smoother operation and longer equipment lifespan
