This 5-layer double facer corrugated machine represents a complete production line for manufacturing corrugated cardboard. The system processes raw paper rolls through multiple stages to produce finished corrugated board in various sizes.
The production process begins with raw paper roll feeding through the roll stand. After heating and moisture adjustment in the pre-heater, the paper moves to the single facer where it's corrugated and glued with another paper layer to create single-faced corrugated paper. This material then travels through the over bridge, gets re-heated in the multi-pre-heater, receives additional glue application, and is joined in the double backer to produce continuous corrugated board.
The final processing stages include slitting and scoring by the slitter scorer, transverse cutting by the cutoff mechanism, and stacking of the finished corrugated boards in various sizes. The system utilizes steam heating throughout the production process.
