This high-performance 180mm corrugated board production line delivers exceptional efficiency with a maximum operating speed of 300M/min, specifically engineered for double wall cardboard manufacturing. The complete system processes raw paper rolls into finished 5-ply corrugated sheets through an integrated automated workflow.

The comprehensive production line includes: Mill Roll Stand, Pre-Heater, Splicer, Single Facer, Over Bridge, Multi-Pre-Heater, Glue Machine, Double Baker, Slitter Scorer, Cutoff, Stacker, and auxiliary equipment.

Raw paper rolls feed through the roll stand, undergo heating and moisture adjustment via pre-heaters, then proceed to the single facer for corrugation. After gluing with additional paper layers to form single-faced corrugated paper, the material transfers through the over bridge, receives additional heating from multi-pre-heaters, undergoes gluing in the glue machine, and joins in the double backer to produce continuous corrugated board.

Following slitting and scoring by the slitter scorer and transverse cutting by the cutoff, corrugated boards of various sizes are manufactured. The final stage involves automated stacking and calculation of finished products. The system utilizes steam heating throughout the process.
