Production Line Components
This comprehensive system includes: Mill Roll Stand, Pre-Heater, Splicer, Single Facer, Over Bridge, Multi-Pre-Heater, Glue Machine, Double Baker, Slitter Scorer, Cutoff, Stacker, and auxiliary equipment.
Production Process
Raw paper rolls feed through the roll stand, undergo heating and moisture adjustment via pre-heaters, then proceed to the single facer for corrugation. The corrugated paper is glued with another raw paper layer to create single-faced corrugating paper, conveyed through the over bridge, re-heated, glued, and joined in the double backer to produce continuous corrugated board. Final processing includes slitting, scoring, transverse cutting, and automated stacking.
