PRODUCT DESCRIPTION of Linear motion ball bush bearing
LME Metric Series Rubber Sealed Linear Ball Bushings: Manufactured with rubber seals these linear ball bushings are characterised by their smooth movement, high rigidity and low friction, they are easy to maintain or replace and have a good life span in service.
They consist of steel outer housings with sets of balls running around their own tracks within the low friction polyamide / steel inner raceways.
The UU series has the benefit of rubber seals to prevent the ingress of dust and moisture.
Features
The ferrule of linear bearing have two kinds of material: Gcr15 (SUJ2) chrome steel and 9Cr18 (SU440C) stainless steel.
Retainer have three kinds of material: POM engineering plastic, low carbon steel and stainless steel, rubber seal made up of NBR nitrile butadiene rubber,The steel seal have two kinds of material: 65Mn spring steel and stainless steel, the ferrule of KH series is made from of carbonitriding of low carbon steel.
Application
Linear bearing are widely-used on axis machine tools, presses , tool grinder, automatic gas cutting machine, printer, card sorting machines, food packaging machines and other industrial machinery sliding parts ect.
