Senda Entry Shear Knife used to cut hot rolled coils and cold rolled coils, usually cutting the top and tail of the coil at the entry of the cut-to-length lines for steel making factory. we have material: D2, M2, SKD11,K110,H13K, 7Cr7Mo2V2Si9(LD) etc material for your selection.
Application of the Entry Shear Knife:
Low alloy steel: 9CrSi, Cr12MoV, 6CrW2Si SKD11,D2, K110 with HRC58-62 for hot rolling steel.
High alloy steel: H13,H13K, 7Cr7Mo2V2Si9(LD) for hot billet, with high temperature resistance.
