Application of the rolling mill plate shear blade for metal plate cutting:

Carbon tool steel HRC57-59 , #65 steel, #75 steel, and A8, A10 , for low carbon cold rolling steel sheet.

Low alloy steel: 9CrSi, Cr12MoV, 6CrW2Si SKD11,D2 with HRC58-62 for hot rolling stainless steel.

High alloy steel: H13,H13K, 7Cr7Mo2V2Si9(LD) for hot billet, with high temperature resistance.

For shearing middle or thick thickness metal plate, we recommend H13K, 6CrW2Si, LD, SKD11 etc material.
