Slitter Knives Rubber Bonded Spacers 85HA

Senda manufactures stripper rings made of hardened alloyed tool steel like EN9/EN 31. The stripper rings are used together with the spacer for the exact positioning of rotary slitter knives on the slitter machine arbor and for precisely adjusting the knife clearance. Used in rolling mills for non-ferrous materials, for slitting, side trimming, cut-to-length, shearing, and sawing of aluminium, copper, brass and other non-ferrous alloys.

Application of the Rubber bonded Stripper rings:

1. To control the width of materials when the coils are slitting, and protect the surface of the metal coils in slitting.
