Senda rolling shear knives for metal coil processing are mainly applied to slitter machine. We manufacture rolling shear knives with four surface finishes, depending on the cutting application. Our aim is the continual optimization of the cutting edges with respect to their execution and quality (break-out- and burr-free).

We offer slitter knives of Diameter max1500mm in various material options such as H13, H13K , SKD11, LD , D2 and so on. Our knives are offered in hardness range of 52-64 HRC with Thickness tolerances of up to +/- 0.001mm. We offer flatness within - 0.002mm and Parallelism tolerances within 0.002mm.
