Welded Steel Grating Introduction
The toothed steel grid is also known as the anti-skid steel grid. The toothed steel grilling plate has the characteristics of large displacement of ordinary steel grilling plate, and the water leakage area reaches 83.3%, which is more than twice that of cast iron. Welded Steel Grating Application:
Serrated steel grating is made up of one side is serrated flat steel welded together, has the strong ability of anti-skid, especially suitable for wet, satiny, also on production platform, etc., but its price is higher, please consider when purchasing cost, hot galvanizing surface treatment on saw blade steel case board, has a strong force of anti-rust, 30 years of free maintenance and free replacement.
Welded Steel Grating Advantages:
1. Can be added in the peripheral welding kick plate (side plate), decorative plate guard plate, install fittings and other accessories.
2. Flat steel with different specifications from the loading flat steel is used to wrap the edges, or Angle steel, channel steel, square pipe, etc.
3. Handles and hinges can be installed on the platform steel grid plate that needs to be moved or opened frequently.
4. The cladding welding standard of the platform steel grid plate is: one for every five series 1;
Series 2, one for every four welds;
Series 3 welds one per three.
The weld shall be a single fillet welding of not less than 3mm, and the weld length shall be 20mm.
Welded Steel Grating The material:
Common flat steel: the general material material is Q235. Common models are generally 253, 255, 303, 305, 323, 325, 403, 404, 405, 503, 505, 605, 705 specifications.We mainly use the longitudinal shear flat steel, and a steel plate cut.Tooth flat steel: the same model and ordinary flat steel, the difference is that one side of the flat steel has uneven tooth marks, the main role is to prevent skid.
Type I flat steel: thick on both sides and thin in the middle.
Twist steel: also known as twisted square steel, there are generally 5X5 6X6 8X8 square steel, twisted bar.
Welded Steel Grating installation:
The connection mode of steel grid plate is fixed and installed with buckle connector, which is composed of three parts.
Hot Dip Galvanized Steel Grating Package delivery:
Delivery when will we have a professional inspectors to check the quality of the product is unqualified, such as qualified will paste the qualified product certificate, and then fixed by shipping packaging, packaging with the steel plate on the metal tray, and then fixed with metal packing tape, finally wrapped by plastic film packaging, general each pallet packing 1-2 tons of cargo, in order to convenient for unloading and storage after the arrival of the goods. The unqualified products will be recalled by our quality inspector.
