The UN 38.3 IEC 62133 Air Cooled Electromagnetic Vibration Test System (AC 380V, 3 Phase) is engineered for product vibration and shock environment testing, environmental stress screening, and reliability testing. It is widely used across industries to verify product durability and safety under real-world vibration conditions.
This electromagnetic vibration tester is designed in full compliance with battery-related testing standards. During testing, the battery or battery pack is fixed to the vibration table and subjected to prescribed frequency, acceleration, and displacement along three mutually perpendicular axes. The battery must show no leakage, no loss of functionality, no rupture, no fire, and no explosion throughout the test.
