The Three Axis Electrodynamic Vibration Test Machine is engineered for accelerated vibration testing, delivering precise simulation of vibration and shock environments. It is primarily used for product vibration and shock environment testing, environmental stress screening, and reliability testing.
This electromagnetic vibration tester is designed in full accordance with battery-related testing standards. It simulates vibration conditions by securing the battery or battery pack to the vibration table and applying prescribed frequency, acceleration, and displacement along three mutually perpendicular axes. Under these conditions, the battery sample must not leak, lose capacity, break, catch fire, or explode.
The application scope of vibration testing is extremely broad, covering circuit boards, batteries, aircraft, ships, rockets, missiles, automobiles, home appliances, and many other industrial products.
