The JESD22-A110E Standard High Humidity High Pressure Testing Chamber is designed for accelerated aging tests on electronic components and products. This environmental chamber subjects products to extreme temperature and humidity conditions to evaluate long-term reliability and identify potential design weaknesses.
HAST Testing Process
During HAST testing, products are placed in a sealed chamber heated to 110°C-130°C with 65%-100% relative humidity. These conditions accelerate material expansion and contraction, simulating years of field use within days or weeks to reveal potential failures.
