The high-frequency vertical and horizontal electromagnetic vibration shaker for semiconductor applications is designed to evaluate the resonant frequencies of product and package designs and to simulate the random vibration that occurs during distribution or in-use environments. The system is simple to operate and can perform a wide range of vibration tests in accordance with government, industry, and corporate specifications.

- Convenient operation, featuring an original refrigerating compressor unit and main accessories imported from abroad.
- Imported LCD color touch screen controller capable of automatic control of temperature and humidity programs.
- Equipped with an RS-232 telecommunication interface. To meet customer-specific demands, users may choose from different models of vibration test bench to ensure that, in addition to good cooling performance, the bench also delivers a remarkable effect of mechanical vibration.
- Heat and air seal system combined with the vibration bench provides reliable mechanical vibration and shock vibration testing.
