The Temperature Humidity Vibration Machine with JIS D1601 Standard primarily provides controlled temperature and humidity environments for scientific research and production units in aerospace, aviation, petroleum, chemical, electronics, communication, and other industries. Simultaneously, electric vibration stress can be applied to the test product within the chamber at prescribed intervals.
This enables users to conduct comprehensive stress screening tests of temperature, humidity, and vibration on complete machines (or components), electrical appliances, instruments, and materials. The system assesses the suitability of the test sample or evaluates its behavior under combined environmental conditions. Compared with single-factor effects, it more accurately reflects the adaptability of electrical and electronic products to simultaneous changes in temperature, humidity, and vibration during transportation and actual use, effectively exposing product defects.
