The TH-225-A Humidity Chamber is a CE-approved, high-performance environmental testing machine designed for precise chemical composition and material tolerance testing. It delivers reliable temperature and humidity control for quality inspection across a wide range of industries.
The climatic chamber is used to test various types of materials for their tolerances to heat, cold, dry, and humidity conditions. It is applied for quality inspection across all types of electronic products, electric appliances, and products from the communication, instrument, automobile, plastic, metal, food, chemical, building materials, medical, and aerospace industries.
- Graceful appearance with a circularly shaped body, surface treated with mist strips and a plane handle with no reaction. Easy to operate, safe, and reliable.
- Rectangular double-glazed watching window for observing the test product during the testing process. The window is equipped with a sweat-proof electrical heating device that prevents water steam from condensing into droplets, and with high-brightness PL fluorescent bulbs to provide light inside the box.
- Double-layer insulated airtight doors that effectively insulate the internal temperature.
- Externally connectable water supply system, convenient for refilling water into the humidifying pot and automatically recyclable.
- The French Tecumseh brand is used for the circulation system of the compressor, capable of removing the lubricant between the condensation pipes and capillaries. Environment-protecting coolant is used for the whole series (R232, R404).
- Imported LCD display screen capable of displaying the measured value as well as the set value and time.
- The control unit has the functions of multiple-segment program editing, and of quick or slope control of temperature and humidity.
- Inserted mobile pulley, convenient for movement and relocation, with strong positioning screws.
