A factory-direct OEM walk-in temperature and humidity climate test chamber, engineered to customer specifications. It delivers precise, stable control of temperature and humidity for large-scale environmental testing, with a robust SUS#304 stainless steel construction and a high-accuracy measuring and control system.

P.S.: All above test indices are measured 2 hours after the machine has run stable, under non-linear control and no-load conditions.

• Air Cycling Device: Centrifugal fan with externally installed motor drive.
• Heating Mode: Nichrome wire heaters with PID & SSR control.
• Cooling Mode: Air cooling.
• Humidification Mode: Stainless steel steam humidification; a water purifier is provided for automatic water supply when connected to the chamber.
• Dehumidification Mode: Compressor and dehumidifying device.

• Compressor: Vortex cascade-type mechanical refrigerating system offering good refrigeration scale, low noise, low energy consumption, and high efficiency. Two compressors are used to ensure long-term, stable operation.
• Refrigeration Evaporator: Finned evaporators increase heat exchange efficiency by 30%. They offer a clean appearance, compact shape, and fast cooling effect.

• The workspace is located on the left side, or positioned according to user requirements.
• The refrigeration unit cabinet is located on the right side.
• The electric control part is placed inside the refrigeration unit cabinet, with the operation panel on the front. The chamber exterior is made of powder-painted cold rolled steel; the interior is SUS#304 stainless steel.
• Thermal insulation material is flame-retardant polyurethane rigid foam, 100–150 mm thick.

• Located on the right side of the chamber, with refrigeration compressors installed on its frame.
• A special door is provided for maintenance and repair.
• Acoustical boards are used to reduce noise to the maximum extent.

• Single door or double door, or according to customer's requirement.
• Silicone rubber is used for a high sealing effect, high/low temperature resistance, anti-aging, and reliable sealing performance.

• High-accuracy platinum resistance is used for temperature and humidity measurement.
• Central Control Unit:
  • LCD touch screen controller.
  • Machine conversational mode is used for the control system.
  • Two lines of input and two lines of output control mode for controlling temperature and humidity separately. Displays set point, program curve, working time, and the working condition of heaters, refrigeration units, and fan.
  • Test procedure automatic operation and PID parameter self-tuning function.
  • Automatically combines subsystems such as the heating system, humidification/dehumidification system, refrigeration system, circulation fan, and over-temperature alarm to ensure high-quality overall temperature/humidity control.
