The PCT / HAST Highly Accelerated Stress Test Aging Test Chamber is engineered for rigorous reliability testing of electronic components and materials under saturated steam and high-pressure conditions. It delivers precise control over temperature, humidity, and pressure to simulate extreme environmental stress.

1. Pot Safety Device: The machine cannot start if the inner chamber is not properly closed.
2. Safety Valve: Automatically relieves pressure when the inner chamber pressure exceeds the machine's rated capacity.
3. Double Overheat Protection: Alarms and automatically cuts off heating power when the inner chamber temperature becomes too high.
4. Cover Protection: The inner chamber cover is made of aluminum alloy to protect operators from scalding.

• Temperature Range of Saturated Steam (Operating Temperature): 100°C–135°C. Standard range: 120°C at 100 Kpa / 133°C at 200 Kpa. (143°C available as special order.)
• Relative Pressure / Absolute Pressure: Relative pressure is the display value indicated on the pressure gauge. Absolute pressure is the display value plus 100 Kpa (the actual value inside the inner chamber).
• Humidity of Saturated Steam: 100% RH saturation steam humidity.
• Steam Pressure (Absolute Pressure): 101.3 Kpa + 0.0 Kg/cm² to 2.0 Kg/cm² (3.0 Kg/cm² available as special standard).
• Recursive Device: Steam natural convection circulation.
• Safety Protective Device: Water short storage protection, over-pressure protection. Features automatic/manual water replenishing and automatic pressure discharge.
• Accessories: Two layers of stainless steel plate.
