The electromagnetic vibration exciter operates similarly to a loudspeaker, where an electrical conductor moves through electromagnetic force within a magnetic field. The acceleration force applied to the moving part is generated by the balance between driving current and magnetic flux, allowing precise vibration control through current regulation.
Maximum acceleration levels are determined by current and loading parameters. At low frequencies, displacement limitations prevent excessive acceleration. The moving element's resonance frequency exceeds the operational range upper limit for optimal performance.
