This machine has the functions such as automatic vials arranging/detecting, filling with vial or stop filling without vial, automatic stopper/cap falling & screw capping, suitable to fill the abnormity vials such as rotundity/flat/prism etc. with low filling measurement warp and suitable to many kinds of stoppers & caps, so that it has the obvious advantages compared with this kind machines worldwide. Features:

1. Automatically put the bottles & the caps separately into the feeding conveyor & Cap vibrator. Bottles will be delivered to working station.
2. Eye detecting station: it detects if there are Bottles to be filled.

3. No Bottles no filling.

4. Filling station: when the Bottles arrive under filling station, filling nozzles will dive into the Bottle for filling the product. Two Peristaltic pumps for filling, one pump for filling half volume.

5. Cap loading station: caps will be sorted under vibrator and drop on the mouth of Bottle one by one.

6. Cap tightening station: to tighten the caps for Bottles under specialized device.
