One year warranty. From the date when machine was received, any fault except for wrong operation during warranty period could be repaired freely. But the travel and hotel expenses should be paid by buyer.

We offer full manual book and 24 hours on-line trouble shooting service if any operation problem or break down.

3. What about the shipping methods?
Ocean freight, air freight, land freight and express. Delivery service to the port or to door available.

4. How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 5-10 days for stock goods. Or it is 20-30 days for goods in production.

A: Usually Payment<=5000USD, 100% in advance. Payment>=5000USD, 30% T/T in advance ,balance before shippment.
