Stainless steel baseboard installation quality requirements:

1. The base plate of the stainless steel foot plate should be nailed to the corners, the surface should be straight, and the installation should be firm, and there should be no warping or wavy shapes.

2. Use a pneumatic nail gun to fix the base plate of the stainless steel foot plate. If the nail cap is used for fixing, the nail cap must be flattened and driven into the plate by 2-3mm, and no scars should be left on the surface of the plate when nailing. The top of the board should be flat. When checking the pull-through line, the deviation should not be greater than 3mm, and the connection and rubbing should be smooth, and the error should not be greater than 1mm.

3. Beveled edge pressure rubbing adhesive method should be used for the joints of the base plate of the stainless steel foot board, and 45° beveled edge flat bonding joints should be made at the exposed and external corners of the wall, and no overlap is allowed. The base plate of stainless steel feet must be vertical and consistent with the floor.

4. The moisture content of the base plate of stainless steel feet should be controlled according to the natural moisture content of different regions. Generally, it should not be greater than 18%, and the difference in moisture content of the wood in the glued joints should not be greater than 2%.

5. The height difference between the seams and joints of stainless steel veneer panels is not greater than, the flatness is not greater than, and the joint width is not greater than 1mm.
