CTS OBC+DCDC integrated power supply highly integrates on‑board charger and DC‑DC step‑down unit, covering multi‑power levels of 3.3kW /6.6kW /11kW, compatible with 48V‑800V multi‑voltage battery platforms. Adopting LLC resonant full‑bridge and interleaved PFC technology, the unit features IP67 protection grade, air‑cooled cooling, power factor ≥0.99 and full‑load efficiency over 95%. Widely applied in new energy passenger cars, commercial vehicles and special engineering EVs. Annual capacity exceeds 300,000 sets. Customization on hardware and CAN communication protocol is available.
