             Characteristics of castor nylon material
Nylon (referred to as caster PA) refers to the plastic composed of polyamide resin prepared by ring

opening polymerization of lactam formed by polycondensation of binary amine and binary acid or

dehydration of amino acid. This kind of resin is different from PS, PE, PP, etc. caster PA does not

soften gradually with the increase of heating temperature, but softens in the temperature range

near the melting point, which is very narrow. Melting point: 215-225 ℃. Once the melting point

temperature is reached, flow occurs. There are many kinds of caster PA, but it is most commonly

used with caster PA6, caster PA66, caster PA610, caster PA11 and caster PA12. Nylon engineering

plastics are bright, horny, tough, white (or milky white) or yellowish crystalline resin on the surface.

It is easy to be painted into any other color. Among the mechanical properties of caster PA, for

example, the tensile and compressive strength changes with temperature and moisture absorption,

so water is relatively the plasticizer of caster Pa. after adding glass fiber, its tensile and compressive

strength can be increased to twice, and the temperature resistance will be improved accordingly. The

wear resistance of caster PA itself is very high, and it can be operated continuously without lubrication.

If you want to get special lubrication effect, Sulfide can be added to caster PA.

resistance.

5. Superior electrical performance, good electrical insulation and high volume resistance of caster Pa.

it can be used as power frequency insulation material in dry environment and still has good electrical

insulation in high humidity environment.

6. The parts are light, easy to dye and easy to form. Because of its low melting viscosity, it can flow

quickly. It is easy to fill the mold. After filling, the freezing point is high and can be shaped quickly.

Therefore, the molding cycle is short and the production efficiency is high.

7. High mechanical strength, good toughness, high tensile and compressive strength.

8. It has outstanding fatigue resistance and can still maintain the original mechanical strength under

repeated bending for many times.
