The YX Electric contact pressure gauge is comprised of various components, including a measuring system, indicating devices, magnetic devices, shell, adjusting device, junction boxes, and more.

When the pressure being measured comes into contact with the spring tube, it causes the tube's end to undergo elastic deformation, resulting in displacement. This displacement is then amplified by the pointing device and displayed on the dial, indicating the corresponding pressure value.

The movement of the pointer triggers the instantaneous contact between the movable contact (upper or lower) and the setting pointer electric contact means. This contact, in turn, activates or deactivates the circuit in the control system, enabling automatic control and alarm transmission.

The electrical contact pins in the contact device are equipped with adjustable permanent magnets. These magnets enhance contact by increasing suction force and accelerating contact action. As a result, reliable contact is achieved, and arc extinction is ensured. The gauge effectively prevents frequent contact disconnections caused by vibrations in the working environment or pressure pulsations in the measured medium.
