By eliminating issues like entanglement, leakage, medium contact, and costly maintenance, this meter accommodates level measurement needs in most enclosed/open containers without directly interfacing with the industrial medium.

Our company has developed a two-wire loop-powered ultrasonic material/liquid level transmitter that integrates the strengths of similar products domestically and internationally. Utilizing chip components, the device operates at a low working current of under 3.5mA, ensuring reliable performance within a DC supply voltage range of 9-32V. Equipped with an LCD display, the transmitter allows for convenient on-site configuration. It efficiently meets diverse level measurement requirements without necessitating contact with industrial media, thus overcoming the limitations of traditional measurement methods such as pressure-based, capacitive, and float sensors, which are prone to issues like winding, clogging, leakage, medium corrosion, and cumbersome maintenance.

Additionally, the incorporation of RS485 protocol communication support addresses the lack of data output in the two-wire instrument, enabling direct communication with RS485 field instruments, enhancing its versatility and connectivity across various applications in material and liquid level measurement and control fields.
